Tob Web (Tyvek or flexible Top Web Films): Width 405mm with tolerance +/- 1mm Thickness: 3mil. Bottom Web (flexible), type PA/PE width 422mm, tolerance +2mm, thickness 5.9mil. Has stainless steel hygienic design. Has servo lifting mechanism, servo driven chain advance with holding brake, powered film unwind with splice tables (top & Bottom web). Print registration, centralized lubrication system, includes chiller, printer and vision system. Bell-Mark 420mm Intelijet HD Servo WAS Piezo inkjet printing system. Trim removal.Currently tooled for a 13 track two cavity die. Cut off length: 380mm, edge trim: 19mm. Dimplex model JHI-1500-CM Recirculating Water Chiller.
