Used Vendome 1,000 gallon stainless steel processor with dual agitation. Vessel measures approximately 72" diameter x 60" straight side with dished top and bottom and is mounted on four stainless steel pipe legs. Bottom and side walls are equipped with dimple jackets rated for 100 psi at 338 F. Bottom jacket has (2) 2" RFSO flanged connections, and the side jacket has (4) 2" RFSO flanged inlet/outlet connections. Mixing system includes 5 hp side scrape agitation and a 50 hp top-entering homogenizing mixer requiring 230/460 VAC, 3-phase power. Vessel interior includes one adjustable baffle. Bottom is equipped with a 3" tri-clamp outlet. Top head features an 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one 4" sight glass, (3) 3" nozzles, (5) 2" nozzles and (1) 1" nozzle. National Board #299. Outer jacket skin has some dents and repairs, and the jackets passed hydro testing. Built March 2004. Possible applications include mixing, homogenizing, blending, heating and cooling of compatible sauces, dressings, creams, lotions, emulsions, slurries and other liquid or viscous food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and general process products.

Vessel measures approximately 72" OD x 63" straight side and is rated for atmospheric pressure. Jacket is rated for 100 psi at 338 F and is divided into two heating zones, each equipped with 2" inlet and outlet connections. Bottom is equipped with a 3" bent tri-clamp nozzle. Top head includes an 18" hinged manway, one 6" wide x 18" long nozzle, one 14" flanged nozzle, (3) 3" tri-clamp nozzles, (6) 2" tri-clamp nozzles and (1) 1" tri-clamp nozzle. Vessel is equipped with an internal spray ball and side-scraping agitator driven by a 5 hp gear-reduced drive. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service and stands on four legs. National Board #898. Vendome Serial #2004-01Z-1. Some cosmetic denting is present on the insulation skin; otherwise the unit appears to be in good condition. Possible applications include mixing, blending, heating and cooling of compatible sauces, syrups, creams, lotions, emulsions, slurries and other liquid or viscous food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and general process products.

Used-Lee 1000 gallon stainless steel kettle. Serial # B6901A2. National Board # 5300. The top of kettle is single walled and the bottom of the kettle is jacketed. Entire unit has a stainless steel outer covering. The jacket is rated for 40 psi @ 287 f. Kettle has a hemispherical bottom with anchor style sweep agitator and baffles for increased agitation. The agitator is driven by a hydraulic motor. The kettle is 72" in diameter with a 48" straight side and a 31" dish depth. The overall height with agitator is 136". The top has a 1/3 hinged top. The jacket has 2" threaded fittings. The interior kettle has a 4" center sanitary discharge and a 4" sanitary fitting in wall of hemispherical bottom.

13 Gallon (50 Liter) Agi-Mixer Triple Motion Greerco Jacketed Vacuum Kettle. 316 Stainless Steel. Has counter rotating sweep mixer with scrapers and high shear mixer. Internal rated Full Vacuum. Jacket rated 40 PSI @ 300 Deg.F..Top Drive motor Disconnected for removal. Test results: The previous owner reports that all components of the homogenizer are fully functional. Fully tested with H2O. The homogenizer and inner and outer paddles work as do their RPM meters. The cover lifting hydraulics is fully functional. The cover lift mechanism is functional as well as the homogenizer and the two blades. The jacket was pressure tested and vessel was vacuum tested - no leaks. The chart recorder is out of service as well as the hour meter. The light bulb that gave me trouble in the video was replaced.Note: The outer paddles must be jogged to index, (amber light), before the cover will open. The limit switch with long arm to contact tank, must be in the correct position for lifting and for paddle operation. Last used in sanitary cosmetics facility. Video of unit running available.

Three-zone jacket is equipped with 2" valves and is rated for heating service at 15 psi at 250 F and cooling service at 100 psi at 100 F. Jacket includes a 3" condensate connection with 4" outlet. Bottom is equipped with a 3" tri-clamp discharge. Top head features a 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass, (1) 6" threaded nozzle, (1) 3" threaded nozzle, (2) 3" tri-clamp nozzles and (2) 2" tri-clamp nozzles. Scrape agitation is driven by a 3 hp motor and requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service. Unit has some cosmetic scratches and dents in the outer skin but otherwise appears to be in good condition.
