Unused Sinofude 26 Gallon Jacketed Kettle. Stainless steel construction. Equipped with a high-speed high-shear mixing system with variable-speed drive. Includes scraper and stirring agitation, spray ball, sanitary bottom discharge, and integrated stainless steel control cabinet. Electrical system is 3/60/220V, with 1.1kW stirring motor, 1.5 kW VFD-controlled shear motor, and dual 9 kW heating elements. Possible applications and suitable products include gummy slurry, candy and confectionery mixes, syrups, gelatin- or pectin-based mixtures, nutraceutical products and other viscous sanitary food products.

Used- Wenzhou ACE Machinery 1,000-liter (264 Gallon) (1 cubic meter) stainless steel sanitary mixing tank with 316L stainless steel product-contact surfaces and 304 stainless steel exterior. The inner tank features a mirror-polished finish, 5 mm wall thickness, and a dimple jacket, with 2 mm outer cladding and PU foam insulation. Vessel is equipped with a 4 kW agitator operating at 36 RPM with Teflon scraper and a control box for mixing speed control. The inner vessel has a design pressure range of -0.1 MPa to 0.2 MPa, while the jacket has a design pressure of 0.35 MPa. Tank features sanitary clamps on each inlet orifice, a 3" bottom valve, load-cell connections, and one spare single-face mechanical seal. Additional equipment includes electrical upgrades, required safety equipment, condenser, controller, Rice Lake load cells, relief valve, and rotary shaft cage protection. Electrical requirements are 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Used-Hubbert 300 gallon stainless steel hemispherical bottom kettle. Jacket is rated at 100 psi at 337 f. Serial # 9244.2. National Board # 177. Equipped with 5 hp lightnin type agitator. Agitator has has 2" shaft with two 12" three prop blades. Tank has a 42" diameter with 38" straight side hieght and a 19" deep dish bottom. Bottom has a 4" flush mount pneumaticly operated discharge valve. Open top has a lid with an 18" manway, (1) 8", (1) 1", (1) 2" sanitary fittings and a 6" flanged fitting for dry product hopper. Kettle also equipped with thermo well. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrical supply for agitator and a pneumatic supply for discharge valve. Good condition.

Kettle is 48" inside diameter with 34" straight side and a 12" deep cone. Kettle has a 1.5 hp top mounted side scrape agitator with baffles. 208-230/460 vac 3 ph power required. There is about 35" clearance under the vessel. The top has an 18" manway with a lid, 5 each 4", one 2.5" and one 2" sanitary connections. The side has 3 each 2" NTP jacket connections. The bottom has a 4" center sanitary discharge, 2 each thermowells and two 2" NTP jacket connections. Serial number K-1256. Duplicate tag. 126" overall height.

Lift out clamp on domed top cover, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated 15 psi or full vacuum at 250 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 287 degrees F. Tilt out agitator bridge with inner bar agitator and an anchor style scrapper agitator. (1) Gifford Wood homogenizer mixer, all set up for hydraulic drive. 2" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) legs. Serial# 4402, National Board# 2158. Includes an operator panel, control panel, 0.75hp circulation pump and a Watlow electric heater. Mounted on a common carbon steel base.

Used-Groen 400 gallon 316L stainless steel jacketed kettle. National Board # 138786. The product chamber is rated at 15 psi maximum working pressure (MAWP) and full vacuum @ 30" Hg. The jacket has a MAWP rating of 100 psi @ 338° F and a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) rating of –20° F @ 100 psi. Kettle dimensions are 60" diameter x 17.5" straight side height with a 30" hemispherical bottom. The kettle top has an 18" diameter manway rated for 15 psi @ 250° F, a 15" wide x 64" long center agitator bridge, (4) 3" Tri-Clamp fittings, (1) 2" Tri-Clamp fitting, and (1) 1.5" Tri-Clamp fitting. The kettle side has (6) 2" NPT fittings. The kettle bottom has a 4" Tri-Clamp discharge and (3) 2" NPT fittings. The kettle has a side sweep agitator blade but no drive. Serial number 97464-3. The kettle’s total dimensions are 70" diameter x 95" high.

Suitable for large-batch cooking, heating, blending, and mixing applications and products requiring double-action agitation.
