Used- Cherry-Burrell 200 Gallon Cone-Bottom Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor Tank with Scrape Surface Agitation. Vessel measures 48" diameter x 30" deep with bridge mount agitation, hinged lids, and 2-1/2" center bottom outlet with tri-clamp connection. Agitator is driven by 3 HP, 230/460V, 3/60 Hz, 1700 RPM motor thru right-angle gearbox with 85.65:1 ratio, resulting in 20 output RPM. Vessel includes self contained heating system for jacket with an electrically heated inline heater and small centrifugal circulation pump. Unitized on stainless steel frame with (4) legs. Serial number E-524-9. Previously used at dairy processing facility.

Used Walker 2,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Processor Kettle | Model PZ-C3-PV | Jacketed | 3 HP Scrape Agitator. Dished top, coned bottom. 96" OD x 72" straight side. Vessel is 10 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket heat is 15 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket cool is 100 PSIG at 100 degrees F. Anchor style scrape agitator, driven by a 3hp 3/60/230/460v 1760rpm motor through a reducer. Jacket has three zones with 2" valves. Jacket has 3" condensate with 4" outlet. Bottom has 3" tri clamp outlet. Top has 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass. Nozzles on top are threaded 6", threaded 3", (2) 3" tri clamp and (2) 2" tri clamp. Serial# 75-7.

Mounted on (6) stainless steel legs. Previously used for water. No manufacturers tag or jacket rating.

Lift out clamp on domed top cover, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated 15 psi or full vacuum at 250 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 287 degrees F. Tilt out agitator bridge with inner bar agitator and an anchor style scrapper agitator. (1) Gifford Wood homogenizer mixer, all set up for hydraulic drive. 2" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) legs. Serial# 4402, National Board# 2158. Includes an operator panel, control panel, 0.75hp circulation pump and a Watlow electric heater. Mounted on a common carbon steel base.
