Unused Sinofude 26 Gallon Jacketed Kettle. Stainless steel construction. Equipped with a high-speed high-shear mixing system with variable-speed drive. Includes scraper and stirring agitation, spray ball, sanitary bottom discharge, and integrated stainless steel control cabinet. Electrical system is 3/60/220V, with 1.1kW stirring motor, 1.5 kW VFD-controlled shear motor, and dual 9 kW heating elements. Possible applications and suitable products include gummy slurry, candy and confectionery mixes, syrups, gelatin- or pectin-based mixtures, nutraceutical products and other viscous sanitary food products.

Used Wenzhou ACE Machinery 1,000-Liter 316L Sanitary Mixing Tank – Jacketed, Insulated & Load Cell Equipped

Used- Wenzhou ACE Machinery 1,000-liter (264 Gallon) (1 cubic meter) stainless steel sanitary mixing tank with 316L stainless steel product-contact surfaces and 304 stainless steel exterior. The inner tank features a mirror-polished finish, 5 mm wall thickness, and a dimple jacket, with 2 mm outer cladding and PU foam insulation. Vessel is equipped with a 4 kW agitator operating at 36 RPM with Teflon scraper and a control box for mixing speed control. The inner vessel has a design pressure range of -0.1 MPa to 0.2 MPa, while the jacket has a design pressure of 0.35 MPa. Tank features sanitary clamps on each inlet orifice, a 3" bottom valve, load-cell connections, and one spare single-face mechanical seal. Additional equipment includes electrical upgrades, required safety equipment, condenser, controller, Rice Lake load cells, relief valve, and rotary shaft cage protection. Electrical requirements are 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Possible applications and suitable products include sanitary liquid mixing and processing of liquid products requiring agitation, heating, cooling, vacuum, pressure processing, or weight-based measurement.

Used- Gifford-Wood AGI-Mixer, Model V/P-A, Consisting of: (1) J.C. Pardo & Sons Vacuum Kettle, 40 Gallon, 316 Stainless Steel. Approximate 26" diameter x approximate 26" deep. Lift out clamp on domed top cover, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated 15 psi or full vacuum at 250 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 287 degrees F. Tilt out agitator bridge with inner bar agitator and an anchor style scrapper agitator. (1) Gifford Wood homogenizer mixer, all set up for hydraulic drive. 2" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) legs. Serial# 4402, National Board# 2158. Includes an operator panel, control panel, 0.75hp circulation pump and a Watlow electric heater. Mounted on a common carbon steel base.

Used Lee 400 gallon stainless steel jacketed double-action kettle, Model # 400 D9MT, Serial # 26909-1-2, constructed of 316 stainless steel with a full jacket rated for 40 psi, double-action agitation with provisions for scrapers but missing the scrapers, 2-1/2" diameter bottom outlet, split cover, and vessel dimensions of 54" diameter x 48" high. Suitable for large-batch cooking, heating, blending, and mixing applications and products requiring double-action agitation.
