Modern Model DR Rotary Dual Index Cup Filler

Used- Modern Model DR Rotary Dual Index Cup Filler. Capable of speeds from 60 - 80 cpm (depending on cup size and application). Filling and heat sealing 5 oz. containers, stainless steel construction, 230 VAC, 70 Amps, 3 phase, Air 8 CFM at 80 psi, 1/2" NPT, Water 1/2" Pipe. Operator will manually load the containers onto the in-feed conveyor. The machines will dispense two containers from the conveyor into a star wheel dial. The dual will index the containers through the next stations where the filler will dispense yogurt, pick and place 95mm pre die cut lids and then heat seal respectively. Finally the cups will automatically be ejected from the machine through the outfeed conveyor. Mfg. 2018. Last used in a yogurt application.
