Used- Harper Rotary Calciner, Model: GU-6D60-RTA-24, Serial number: AT044, features a 6" diameter tube x 10' long. Rated Max Operating Temp: 2,400 F, Rated Max RPM: 10. Tube material reportedly HT-Alloy, but will confirm. It is indirect gas fired, includes complete gas train and fresh air blower. Equipped with 3 burners, 1/2 HP Lesson gear reduced DC tube drive, chain and sprocket driven, and 1.5 HP fresh air blower for gas train manufactured by Eclipse Turbo Blower, built in 1995. The feed end is equipped with Acrison variable speed auger feeder, Acrison Model: 105-D, 2" diameter auger tube, 1" auger. Both ends have enclosed shrouds and flex bellows. The previous user had an air purge system, still in place (see photos). The feed end is adjustable tilt (mechanically raise and lower). One spare tube is included. No control panel.

Includes Expansion joints, trunnions, chain driven by a 20 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1775 rpm gear motor, feed and discharge hoods, and a feed screw. Mounted on a carbon steel frame. S/O# 20010. Built 2012.

Overall tube length is 18' 5". Tube is capable of 3.92 rpm to 11.8 rpm. Rated for temperatures up to 1200 F. Equipped with a variable speed 4" x 3' screw type product infeed. Unitize frame. Last used in chemical operation. Overall dimensions: 32' long x 6' wide x 6' high.

Tube, 15" I.D. x 16' long Inconel tube: 1" thick. 11' 6" long hot zone chamber. 8 burners, 3 zones, set point range was 1000 F to 2100 F 2 burners on each end zone, 4 burners on center zone. Includes the fresh air blower, gas train and control panel. Equipped with motorized tilt, adjustable from 0.0 to 2.9 degrees. Gear reduced tube drive with chain and sprocket, with guard. Tube speed was set for 0.5 to 5 RPM, with VFD. Feed: Acrison hopper and auger feed, hopper is approximately 4' deep. Discharge: Enclosed hood/shroud with bottom chute. Equipped with beside the calciner control panel. Spare new trunnion rolls, new bearings, and spare roller, Spare sprocket used, spare unused chain still in box and new thermocouples.
