Used 2014 O'Hara Technologies Labcoat III pharmaceutical tablet coating system, model LCIII, serial number 4190. Rated batch capacity is approximately 1879 kg at 0.8 kg/L with an operating pan speed range of approximately 2.424 RPM. System includes a free-standing control panel with machine-mounted HMI, (1) installed coating pan, spare coating pan, Schlick precision spray nozzle designed for O'Hara, model PCA 930, constructed of 316 stainless steel, and air handling unit. Electrical requirements are 208V, 3-phase, 60 Hz with 10 amp full-load current.
