The Used PTI 6" Single Screw Extruder, Model 6000, is a heavy-duty industrial extrusion system designed for continuous thermoplastic processing applications. The extruder utilizes an air-cooled barrel equipped with seven barrel heating zones to maintain consistent processing temperatures. An additional sixteen downstream heating zones provide precise thermal control throughout downstream processing equipment, making this unit well suited for demanding extrusion applications.

Power is supplied by a 400 HP WEG AC motor coupled with a WEG CFW-11 variable frequency inverter drive, delivering accurate speed regulation and energy-efficient operation.
