Used Gemini 125 HPSS CNG Gas Compressor – 4 Stage, 300 CFM, 125 HP, Complete System with Cascade, Dryer, Dispensers

Used- Gemini Gas Compressor, Model 125 HPSS, 4 Stage 300 CFM. CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) compressor system includes a four-stage, water-cooled, reciprocating compressor designed for efficient gas compression up to high pressures. U.S. Motors 125 HP, 1760 RPM, 460 Volt motor (S/N X783119) and includes an MK-AJ 24" recapture tank (S/N 9605). It is equipped with an EI C36-0527 cooler (S/N 93483) and a three-cylinder ASME cascade system, each cylinder measuring 20" x 11'6", rated for 5,000 psig and 5,711 cu. ft., with serial numbers 43338, 43339, and 43340. The unit utilizes a Marcum 11 Valve Electro-Pneumatic PMV/SMV priority/sequence panel for flow control. Compression is handled by a Quincy F340-80 air compressor rated at 7.5 HP, 460 Volt, with a discharge aftercooler (S/N 6019514). Drying is managed by a Wilkerson DE3 Twin Tower Heatless Dryer housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure (S/N 4339311). Fuel dispensing is facilitated by two DVCO 2020D dispensers with Hansen nozzles, serial numbers 930034 and 930037.and includes an air-cooled aftercooler, inter-stage separators, and safety relief valves on all stages. The compressor is skid-mounted with an integrated control panel for monitoring and automation, and it is designed for continuous-duty operation. Suitable for vehicle fueling stations or industrial applications, the unit ensures reliable performance with built-in protection systems.

Consists of an Atlas Copco Model ZE4-B Low Pressure Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressor rated at ~876 CFM, driven by a 125hp 3/60/440-460v 3560rpm air-cooled motor, 33 psig max working pressure, with Elektronikon GraphicPlus HMI and Siemens Sinamics drive (S/N APF185963); an Atlas Copco FD 1250 VSD Refrigerated Air Dryer rated at 2,646.25 CFM, 11.8kW, R404a refrigerant with Elektronikon HMI controls (S/N APF185022); and (2) Atlas Copco DD 1400FF inline air filters with housings (S/N APF185422/423). Oil-free screw technology with refrigerated drying and inline filtration makes this package well-suited to clean-air applications in pharma, food and beverage, electronics, and any process where oil carryover is unacceptable. 13 Gallon (50 Liter) Agi-Mixer Triple Motion Greerco Jacketed Vacuum Kettle. 316 Stainless Steel. Has counter rotating sweep mixer with scrapers and high shear mixer. Internal rated Full Vacuum. Jacket rated 40 PSI @ 300 Deg.F..Top Drive motor Disconnected for removal. Test results: The previous owner reports that all components of the homogenizer are fully functional. Fully tested with H2O. The homogenizer and inner and outer paddles work as do their RPM meters. The cover lifting hydraulics is fully functional. The cover lift mechanism is functional as well as the homogenizer and the two blades. The jacket was pressure tested and vessel was vacuum tested - no leaks. The chart recorder is out of service as well as the hour meter. The light bulb that gave me trouble in the video was replaced.Note: The outer paddles must be jogged to index, (amber light), before the cover will open. The limit switch with long arm to contact tank, must be in the correct position for lifting and for paddle operation. Last used in sanitary cosmetics facility. Video of unit running available.
