Roberts Packaging Equipment manufactures automated pouch filling and sealing machinery widely used in food processing, agricultural product packaging, contract packaging operations, and industrial packaging lines.

Description

This used Roberts IMFS1500 Preformed Pouch Packaging Machine is designed for automatic filling and sealing of preformed pouches used in food, agricultural, and dry product packaging applications. The machine is capable of operating at speeds up to approximately 50 pouches per minute, depending on product type, bag size, and fill configuration.

The system accommodates preformed pouches ranging from 4 inches to 12 inches in width and 6 inches to 15 inches in height, with gussets ranging from 1 inch to 5 inches.

The machine is equipped with Allen Bradley Logix 5555 PLC controls, Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 700 HMI, and Allen Bradley servo drives, providing precise machine control, reliable automation, and user-friendly operation.

This packaging system was last used running grain products, making it well suited for dry foods, seeds, grains, powders, and agricultural ingredients.

An AS&E auger filler is available separately for $17,500, previously used to add flavorings into pouches. A platform is also available at additional cost for operator access and system integration.
