Incl. integrated fluid bed dryer. Direct gas fired air heater at 572 deg F. (300 deg. C). (1) Niro Vibro Fluidizer, 316 (1.4401) stainless steel construction on product contact parts, steam heated, frame mounted on legs, (1) Feeding system incl. filter and pumps, (1) Main hot air system incl. air filter, damper, supply fan, gas fired air heater, (1) Hot air SFB system incl. air filter, damper, supply fan, steam heater, (1) Exhaust system incl. cyclone, wet scrubber, liquid recirculating system, liquid pump, exhaust fan, stack. Power supply characteristics 380volt/50cycle/3Ph-220volt/50cycle/3ph. Incl. connecting pipes, additional infrastructure, interlock/alarm system and control panel.
