Used- Werner & Pfleiderer Double Arm Mixer, Model UK17, Stainless Steel Clad 200 Gallon. Sigma tangential blades, jacketed bowl (bottom only) 43" front-back x 53" left-right x approximately 36" deep. Geared both ends. Set up for hydraulic tilt 7.5 hp, 220/440V, 1750 rpm. No base, no drive. Mounted on a frame. Serial# 16088HM1. Includes a Twin City blower, Type RBR-SW, size 926, driven by a 200 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1785 rpm motor. Astec serial# 16088HM1.

Used- Ross Double Planetary Mixer, Model HDM 200. 30-200 Gallon working capacity. (2) Carbon Steel Stirrers approximate orbital speed 24 rpm, stirrer speed 26 rpm. Top dust hood with charge port, bottom fume hood, hydraulic lift with power pack. Includes (1) 44'' diameter x 33-3/4'' deep can. Driven an 40 HP, 3/60/460 VOLT, 1740 rpm XP motor, thru Delroyd model HV120 reduction gear, 74.21 to 1 ratio. Mounted on an I beam frame. Serial# 35555. Used Cherry-Burrell 200 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor Tank – Scrape Surface Agitation

Used- Cherry-Burrell 200 Gallon Cone-Bottom Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor Tank with Scrape Surface Agitation. Vessel measures 48" diameter x 30" deep with bridge mount agitation, hinged lids, and 2-1/2" center bottom outlet with tri-clamp connection. Agitator is driven by 3 HP, 230/460V, 3/60 Hz, 1700 RPM motor thru right-angle gearbox with 85.65:1 ratio, resulting in 20 output RPM. Vessel includes self contained heating system for jacket with an electrically heated inline heater and small centrifugal circulation pump. Unitized on stainless steel frame with (4) legs. Serial number E-524-9. Previously used at dairy processing facility.

Used Aaron Process 200 Gallon (26.74 cubic feet) capacity Vacuum Drying Sigma Mixer All Stainless, 125 HP, Jacketed, ASME. Cored shafts, jacketed trough, and double nobben blades. Model MBG200-125 All stainless steel construction. All parts are insulated and sheathed with 304 Stainless steel and polished to 150 - 180 grit finish. Mixing/drying chamber includes vacuum cover and is jacketed, rated for 200 PSI at 450 degrees Fahrenheit / negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit, ASME code constructed. Mixing chamber measures 48" x 40" x 44" deep and includes (2) 6" diameter flanged discharges with ball valves. Blades are overlapping double nobben blades and driven by 125 HP motor thru heavy duty gearbox, 160 Amps and 460 volts. Manufactured in 2000. Serial number 00200125643MBG. Previously used in clean room type environment. Complete with control panel and unitized on heavy duty frame. Includes main control panel, power panel with starters and VFD's, steam-to-water heat exchanger for heating of jacket and hydraulic pump/reservoir for opening vessel lid. Also includes top mounted, stainless steel Mikro Pulsaire dust collector, Model 10-2-FV TR.

Opening Top: 2", 2-1/2" diameter. 2" Center bottom outlet with 14" discharge height. Mounted on (3) stainless steel legs. No Manufacturer Tag.

Side has 20" x 16" eliptical manway, one 3/4" tri clamp nozzle, two 3/4" copper pipes to the jacket. Dished top has one 2" tri clamp nozzle and one 3/4" tri clamp nozzle to a spray ball. Cone has two 1-1/2" tri clamp nozzle. Cone is 35" length. Top has four lift lugs. Manufactured by Modern Brewing & Design Inc.

Used 2,000 Gallon Santa Rosa Stainless Steel Jacketed Vertical Tank 20 PSI MAWP, Three-Zone. Overall height is 240" tall on four legs. Main shell is 66" OD x 125" straight side. Long bottom cone has two 1" threaded jacket fittings and one 2" tri clamp bottom fitting. Side has four 1" threaded fittings for the jacket, one 3" tri clamp, one 2" tri clamp, one 16" x 20" elliptical manway and two 1" threaded couplings for probes. Top has 3- 2" tri clamp fittings. Cone length 53" long.
