Description:
This used Sharpsville Container 1,000-gallon stainless steel reactor is a versatile processing vessel, ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and industrial applications. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, it ensures high corrosion resistance and durability for temperature-sensitive processing.
The dished top and bottom provide enhanced strength and efficient fluid flow. The reactor is internally rated for 25 PSI/FV at 200°F, while the sidewall jacket is rated for 50 PSI at 150°F, allowing precise temperature control.
The top features multiple access points, including an 18” manway, 12” center opening, and various inlet sizes (6”, (2) 3”, (6) 2”), offering flexibility for product additions and monitoring. The 4” center bottom outlet facilitates efficient product discharge.
A 304 stainless steel shroud with a 12” annulus filler and chloride-free insulation ensures thermal stability. The unit is mounted on four stainless steel legs for structural integrity. This reactor also includes a circulation system with an APV pump, optimizing fluid movement and heat transfer.
