Description:

This used Sharpsville Container 2,000-gallon vertical reactor (Model V700) is a high-quality processing vessel, designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, and food production applications. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, it ensures corrosion resistance and durability in demanding industrial environments.

The reactor features a dished top and bottom, with an internal rating of 25 PSI/FV at 200°F and a sidewall jacket rated for 50 PSI at 150°F, providing precise temperature control. The top head includes multiple access points, including a 24” manway, 12” center opening, and various inlet sizes (6”, 4”, (2) 3”, (7) 2”), ensuring flexibility for different processing needs. The 4” center bottom outlet allows for efficient discharge.

A 304 stainless steel shroud with a 12” annulus filler and chloride-free insulation enhances temperature stability. The reactor is mounted on four stainless steel legs for stability. This unit includes a circulation system with an APV pump, optimizing mixing and fluid movement within the system.
