This used NRM 6” vented extruder is a powerful and reliable solution for high-output thermoplastic processing. Featuring a 6” diameter screw with a 32:1 L/D ratio, this extruder is rated for up to 1,600 lbs/hour throughput, and was last running PP and HIPS at approximately 1,500 lbs/hr.

Powered by a 400 HP, 1750 RPM motor with adjustable speed drive and a 17.16:1 gear ratio, this extruder achieves a screw speed of 102 RPM at 60 Hz. The extruder was completely rebuilt in 2018, restoring it to excellent working condition.
