Approximate 43" centerline height, 17.21:1 gearbox having new bearings (less thrust) and seals with cooling unit, heat exchanger, pump and motor, 30:1 L/D 8 zone honed barrel with new insulated quick removal guards, air cooled heaters, vented barrel, new blower fans for each zone with shrouds, 2 stage OR single stage rebuilt screw per customer's specifications, New 500HP WEG AC motor with New WEG AC 460V drive control with new drive cabinet, Rebuilt 12 zone control panel with new Cal 9900 solid state plug in type instruments all on a unitized base, complete with new infeed hopper with clean out and diverter chute, 1998 vintage. New 8" screen changer mounted to its barrel and power pack. Screw to be of traditional styles, very specific designs made be additional. Built 1998. The gearbox is rate to 700+HP. Reported to be reconditioned.
