Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the tank features a vertical orientation with a 48" diameter and 49" straight side, along with dished top and slight cone bottom. It includes a dimple jacket rated at 60 PSI for precise temperature control, and a single motion full scraper agitator driven by a 7.5 HP Nord motor through a gearbox operating at 14 RPM. The tank offers multiple top openings, a 16" diameter manway with hinged cover, and a 4" Tri-clamp center bottom outlet equipped with a sanitary automatic ball valve. Mounted on three sturdy legs, this tank meets ASME standards and includes National Board certification.
