Fahrenheit / 32 deg.Fahrenheit, ASME code constructed, 304 stainless steel one-piece jacket. Bowl measures 36" diameter X 27" deep, open top. Includes side mounted scraper agitator, driven by 1 HP, 208V, 3/60Hz variable speed gear motor. Bowl tilts with positive locking worm and gear tilt mechanism and includes pour lip. New in 1997. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Previously used at a production kitchen
