Description

The Ross Model 361-100 125-Gallon Stainless Steel Mix Kettle is a high-performance industrial mixing vessel, designed for efficient blending, emulsification, and batch processing. This vertical mix kettle features a 35” diameter x 30” straight-side tank, with a flat top and bottom for durability and ease of operation.

Equipped with a bolt-on cover with a hinged access panel, this kettle allows for easy ingredient addition and monitoring. The jacketed design (no rating) supports temperature-controlled processing, making it ideal for heating or cooling applications.

The carbon steel agitator bridge supports a top-mounted double motion drive system, which powers three-tier dual-blade impellers and four wall-mounted baffles for enhanced mixing efficiency and uniform consistency.

This unit is driven by a 10 HP / 7.5 HP belt-driven motor (3/50/60Hz, 208-230/460V or 190/380V, 1765/1470 RPM) through a 14-2/3:1 reducer, ensuring precise speed control and optimal torque delivery. The kettle has an approximate 6” center bottom outlet (CBO) with a bolt-on cover and is mounted on three carbon steel legs, providing a discharge height of 25 inches.

Additionally, the unit includes a Series 800C Fill-Rite Meter, offering accurate flow measurement and process control.
