This Unused Quadro ZC0 Emulsifier Mixer, built in 2020, is a high-performance disperser designed to incorporate and emulsify powders into liquids in a single pass. The ZC0 uses an advanced rotor/stator reactor to apply intense shear, ensuring complete wetting of powders and eliminating lumps or fisheyes in the final product. It includes sanitary 1” inlet/outlet connections, swivel/rigid casters, and is powered by a 3 HP motor.
