This used Toption TP-S50 Laboratory Mini Spray Dryer is a high-efficiency drying system designed for small-scale production, laboratory research, and pilot testing. With a maximum capacity of 5,000 ml/h, this spray dryer is ideal for converting liquid solutions into fine powder in applications such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

Featuring 304 stainless steel contact areas, this unit is hygienic, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The centrifugal nozzle spray system ensures uniform drying, producing fine, free-flowing powders. The temperature range of 140-300°C for inlet air and 80-90°C for outlet air allows precision drying for heat-sensitive materials.
