The integrated evaporation system includes a sophisticated multi-stage falling film evaporator combining Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) and Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR), maximizing energy efficiency through vapor reuse while maintaining product quality. The system also includes a GEA-designed baghouse, powder handling equipment, and full automation controls with frequency inverters.
