Description:

The Used Walker Stainless Model PZ-4 Mix Kettle is a 150-gallon, 316 stainless steel, vertical vessel built for industrial-grade mixing and processing applications. It features a dished top and bottom, with an internal rating of 10 psi / FV at 250°F and a jacket rated at 75 psi at 250°F for heating or cooling processes. This kettle includes a top-entering anchor-style agitator with sidewall and bottom scrapers, bottom-supported and driven by a 1.5 HP gear motor (46.11:1 ratio). Additionally, it has a top-offset 4-blade agitator driven by a 2 HP gear motor (7.56:1 ratio), plus a top-entering baffle for optimal mixing. The unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters and features a center bottom outlet and a manway with cover for easy access.
