Description

This 125-gallon stainless steel mix kettle is designed for high-efficiency industrial mixing and processing. It features a 35” diameter x 30” straight side vertical tank, with a flat top and bottom, ensuring structural durability. The unit comes with a bolt-on cover with a hinged access panel, allowing for easy ingredient addition and process monitoring.

The jacketed design (no rating) allows for temperature-controlled mixing, making it suitable for heating or cooling applications. A carbon steel agitator bridge supports the top-mounted double-motion drive system, which powers 3-tier dual-blade impellers with four wall-mounted baffles to ensure efficient mixing and uniform product consistency.
