Used- Bartelt (Klockner) Model IM7-14 Servo Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machine. Rated for speeds up to 100 cpm. Has pouch size range: width 2" - 5-3/4"; height 2" - 9" (change parts may be required). Now tooled for 5-1/2" wide x 4-5/8" tall pouch. Has 2 product fill stations. Now equipped with desiccant bead filler and laboratory med device inserter, other fillers can be retrofitted as needed, consult AEK Sales Department. Unused Bartelt Model IM7 Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine. Built 2021. Pouch size range: 2"-5.75"W x 2"-9.5"H Gusset up to 2.25". Product weight up to 16oz. Speed up to 100/minute. Max web width 21". 3: core and 24" max roll dia. Includes PTC zipper. Unit originally built for medical device product and never installed into production. Does not have product fillers. The poucher will index every cycle and fill every other cycle, two pouches at a time at 2 pouch opener stations. The servo driven feed-roll is used in conjunction with photo registration sensors to produce pouches of desired width and cut with a mechanical knife. Elec:3/60/480V. 40 amps. Air: 80 psi @ 20 SCFM.

Used- Bossar Model BL3000 STU3 Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine for Liquid Stand Up Pouches with Time Pressure Liquid Filler. Capable of speeds up to 150 ppm. Set up currently for 140mm x 140mm x 42+42mm stu to maximum 230mm x 350mm flat pouch @ speeds of 80 to 100 ppm(per OEM). Has Allen Bradley PLC 5550 Compact Logix PLC and servos ultra 5000 in devicenet. Allen Bradley Panelview 1250 HMI. Form and Fill Horizontal Pouch, Model BL-3000/STU 3, Serial. Has all stainless steel contact parts, top datum line for quick size changes. Film Unwind: Maximum (diameter) 900mm x (width) 850mm. Photo eye registration, no pouch no fill system, film edge alignment, central lubrication system, three magnetic flow meters with heated and jacketed hopper temperature probe and agitation. Industrial Electronic Tablet and Capsule Counter – C.E King TC-8 for Bottling

Used- C.E King Model TC-8 Technocount Electronic Channel Caplet/Capsule Counter. Has 8 lanes, designed for accurately counting tablets, capsules and drage (up to a maximum of 25mm diameter in counts of between 1 and 10,000) into a wide range of bottles and containers. The filling rate is adjustable and dependent on the characteristics of both bottle and product. A bulk product hopper retains and progressively delivers tablets to a vibratory feeder tray which allows controlled and smooth feeding of product. The vibratory tray can be adjusted to change the rate of product feed in conjunction with the adjustable hopper gate. An integrated sieve tray also separates any unwanted chips and dust which are then removed by a vacuum take-off.
