Description:

This used 5600-gallon 304 stainless steel vertical mix tank, manufactured by Alloy Fabricators Inc., is designed for industrial mixing and liquid processing. With a 90" diameter and 17' straight side height, it is internally rated for atmospheric pressure at 200°F. The tank features dished heads for durability and four internal baffles for improved mixing efficiency.

The tank is equipped with a dual flight 4-blade agitator, driven by a Philadelphia Model PTERVS-08 drive (S/N 307572), with a 38.9:1 ratio, 1750 RPM input, and 45 RPM output. A 5 HP 3/60/460V motor powers the agitator. The unit is lug-mounted and has an overall height of 27 feet.
