Description

Available for sale is a used Mueller 8,300-gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed fermentation tank, Serial Number 18101280301-10, built in 2010.

The vessel features a dome top and cone bottom and measures approximately 117" internal diameter x 143" straight side x 267" overall height. The tank is rated for 14.9 PSI internal pressure at 100°F.

Temperature control is provided by a three-zone cooling jacket, consisting of two sidewall jacket zones and one cone-bottom jacket zone. The jackets are rated for 100 PSI at 100°F, allowing cooling media to be circulated through separate areas of the vessel for controlled product-temperature management.

The cone-bottom configuration promotes product drainage and incorporates a 16" cone-bottom manway for vessel access. Product discharge is provided through a 3" center-bottom outlet.

The vessel is supported by four legs and, at approximately 267" (22'3") overall height, should be evaluated for facility clearance, foundation requirements, rigging, and transportation.
