Features a pitched flat bottom, 16" x 20" side manway, 18" top manway, 3" sanitary bottom outlet, 3" sanitary inlet, 4 top vent and additional sanitary process connections. Equipped with CIP sprayball connection rated approximately 104 GPM at 25 PSIG. Previously used in a food application.

Used JBF 10,380 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Vertical Food Grade Storage Tank. Single wall construction with approximately 132" inside diameter, 176-1/2" straight side, and 196-1/8" overall height. Tank has a pitched flat bottom for drainage to a 3" sanitary outlet, 16" x 20" side manway, and 18" hinged top manway. Additional features include multiple sanitary product connections, 4" screened vent, and CIP connection with sprayball rated 104 GPM at 25 PSIG. Previously used for food applications.

Used Ross Planetary Mixer – 400L, 316L SS, Jacketed with Dual Agitation & Emulsifier

Used- Ross Planetary Mixer, Model: 400 liter vessel, 316L Stainless Steel. 400L (105 Gal) working capacity. Approximately 32" diameter x 35" straight side. Flat top, dished bottom. Internal design pressure rated 5 psi at 77 degrees F. Jacket rated 10 psi at 77 degrees F. Top off center entering emulsifier, driven by a 5hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 3480 rpm motor. Top center agitator with (2) 3 blade propeller, driven by a 2hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1730 rpm motor thru reducer 46.65:1. Opening Top: 7" for agitator, 5", 4-3/4", 3-1/2" with sight glass, 3", (2) 2-1/2", (2) 2", 1", 1-1/2" for agitator, approximately 1" center bottom outlet. Includes spray ball. Mounted on (4) legs.
