Used Munson Rotary Continuous Mixer, Model CM-72x20. Driven by a 10HP 3/60/230/460v 1755rpm motor. Heavy-duty rotary drum continuous mixer featuring an approximately 72" diameter x 20' long rotating drum. Designed for continuous blending of powders, granules, flakes, pellets, and other bulk solids. Provides gentle yet highly uniform mixing with low energy consumption and short residence times. Suitable for food products, chemicals, minerals, fertilizers, plastics, pigments, and specialty materials. Built 2021.

Used C.E. Raymond #73412 Roller Mill – 350 HP Motor, Industrial Grinding

Used- C.E. Raymond #73412 Roller Mill. Directly driven by a 350 hp, 3/60/4160V, 585 rpm motor. Unit is equipped with a gear and intermediate shaft, horizontal shaft assembly with pinion, external oil lubrication system, vertical shaft, mill bottom assembly with oil reservoir, spider assembly with caps, plow support assembly with (4) four plow bodies and (4) plow tips, (4) four oil journal assemblies each with grinding roll, mill base with port liners and grinding ring, mill side and system fan directly driven by a 150 hp, 3/60/4000V, 1175 rpm motor. Less mill base air housing assembly, less dual feeder assemblies and less whizzer separator assembly, also missing the gearbox. Unit has low operating hours and is in excellent condition. This machine is commonly used in the production of Gypsum Board and Drywall.

Non-jacketed trough approximate 48" wide x 78" long x 44" deep. 5" Diameter shaft with (16) 13-3/4" x 6-3/4" x 3/8" thick paddles welded on 2" diameter posts. Driven by a 22kW (30 hp), 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm gear motor, 75.69 to 1 ratio, final rpm 23. Openings top: 12", 2-3/4", side: (4) 30" x 15-1/2" hinged inspection doors. 14" x 8" End bottom discharge with pneumatic discharge valve. Includes outboard roller bearings, air seals, and a control panel. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Serial# 99111.

Internal pressure: Atmospheric @ 353F shell is 7/16" thick. Jacket pressure: 125 psi @ 353F jacket is 3/8" thick. Mixer Dimensions: 32" x 32" x 25" high, approximate total capacity is 110 gallons. Extruder screw is 8" diameter driven by a hydraulic motor, and hydraulic tilt discharge are both powered by 30 HP 230/460 volts Vickers Hydraulic pumping system. Mixer Blades driven by a 25 hp US. varidrive motor, 220/440 volt. 31 to 125 RPM to chain and sprocket to give you approximately 15 to 62.5 RPM output speed on the blades. NB #1117, SN 86065.
