Used- Mueller 2500 Liter (660 Gallon) Sanitary 316L Stainless Steel Reactor/Fermenter/Kettle. Internal Rated 51.5/Full Vacuum @ (-20)/ 300 degrees F. Jacket is Inconel 600 and Rated 150/Full Vacuum @ (-20)/ 300 degrees F. 24" top center manway in addition to other top openings. Has bottom mount for bottom mounted mixer (not installed). 2" Outlet with no valve. 90" OAH. Jacket has been Hydro-tested. National Board# 36308, Serial# 291636-2, built 2003. Last used in sanitary pharmaceutical facility.

Used- Precision Stainless 316L Stainless Steel Reactor, 2,500 liter (660 gallon). With agitation. Pharmaceutical grade. Vessel measures 48" diameter X 6'7" high, dish top and bottom. Internally rated for 50 PSI / Full Vacuum at 300 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Complete with dimpled jacket, rated for 100 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes agitation with 1" diameter x 7' long stainless steel shaft with (3) 16" diameter disc blades with 3" wide paddles. Bottom head includes 2" diameter center outlet. Top head includes 18" manway, 4" diameter agitator port and various openings ranging from 1-1/2" to 6" diameter. Previously used in pharmaceutical operation.

Dome top, flat bottom with 3% slope towards the front outlet. Top manway. (3) zone water/steam jacket with manifold, thermowells for chart recorder, and jet CIP. 2" triclamp outlet designed for milk pasteurization. Has baffles. 2 HP, 3ph/220V Eurodrive agitator with VFD. With 2' removable extension legs. Built 2022. Previously used for milk pasteurization.

Unused Daekyung Machinery & Engineering Model AJ21S 58X288 6,633 Sq. Ft. 4-Pass Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

Unused Daekyung Machinery & Engineering Model AJ21S 58X288 horizontal 4-pass shell and tube heat exchanger with approximately 6,633 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface area and carbon steel construction. Shell is rated for 382 psi/full vacuum at -20 to 650 degrees F. Equipped with (1,122) 1" diameter x 24' long carbon steel tubes rated for 297 psi/full vacuum at -20 to 650 degrees F with carbon steel head. Shell-side openings include (2) 20" and (1) 24", with (2) 14" tube-side openings. Unit is saddle mounted. Serial #DK2007-231, National Board #2480, built 2008. Overall dimensions approximately 408"L x 96"W x 130"T with a weight of approximately 103,000 lbs. Documents available. Unit was nitrogen purged by the manufacturer after testing and prior to storage. Possible applications include industrial process heating, cooling, condensing and heat recovery service with suitable process fluids compatible with carbon steel construction.

Mixing trough measures approximately 400mm x 400mm x 350mm (approx. 15.75" x 15.75" x 13.75") deep. All product contact parts in 316/316L stainless steel. Approximate capacity 27 to 36 liter (approx. 7-9.5 gallon) working capacity (product dependent). (2) 316/316L stainless steel z-blades driven by 4kw, 3/50, 1464/37 rpm geared motor. Unit has stainless steel hinged vacuum rated hood/lid with clamps. External 304/304l stainless steel jacket rated 3.5 bar working pressure at 150 deg.c. Unit includes electrically actuated tilt discharge mechanism. Unit includes ICS Cool Energy Ltd model iC220 chiller. Has control panel for mixer and chiller operation.
