Used- Premier Mill Corp. Media Mill. Model ESD/V-10/5, Stainless steel. Manufactured in May 2000. 208 V power with a 10 HP drive motor and a 5 HP pump motor. In Premier's ESD nomenclature, the "10" designates the grinding chamber volume of 10 liters (2.64 U.S. gallons) rather than a batch size, since the machine is a continuous-flow mill and has no fixed batch capacity. Throughput and batch size depend on the product viscosity and the particle fineness required, with the mill paired to a feed or recirculation tank 10100 gallons for lab and pilot work, and 50300 gallons for production recirculation. Floor mounted construction and configured for high-shear mixing and dispersion with recirculation through the product loop, suitable for paints, inks, coatings, adhesives, chemicals, and specialty product formulations in laboratory, pilot, and production service

Maximum tablet diameter is 13 mm, maximum irregular tablet length is 16 mm, maximum fill depth is 16 mm, and punch diameter is 19 mm. Used- Patterson-Kelley 100 cu.ft. twin shell vacuum dryer. Jacket is rated for the 30 psi @ 250 F. The drying chamber is rated for 150 psi and full vacuum. Drying chamber is designed to turn between .96 to 7.66 rpm using a 10 hp reeves drive. Motor is tagged for hazardous location. The outer shell of each chamber measures 56" diameter x 96". The chamber has an 18" access panel. There is a 12" discharge at the bottom. Contact surfaces are constructed of 304 stainless steel and the jacket is carbon steel.
