Used 2,000 Gallon Santa Rosa Stainless Steel Jacketed Vertical Tank 20 PSI MAWP, Three-Zone. Overall height is 240" tall on four legs. Main shell is 66" OD x 125" straight side. Long bottom cone has two 1" threaded jacket fittings and one 2" tri clamp bottom fitting. Side has four 1" threaded fittings for the jacket, one 3" tri clamp, one 2" tri clamp, one 16" x 20" elliptical manway and two 1" threaded couplings for probes. Top has 3- 2" tri clamp fittings. Cone length 53" long.

Jacket heat is 15 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket cool is 100 PSIG at 100 degrees F. Anchor style scrape agitator, driven by a 3hp 3/60/230/460v 1760rpm motor through a reducer. Jacket has three zones with 2" valves. Jacket has 3" condensate with 4" outlet. Bottom has 3" tri clamp outlet. Top has 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass. Nozzles on top are threaded 6", threaded 3", (2) 3" tri clamp and (2) 2" tri clamp. Serial# 75-7.

No top or bottom heads, Flange cut on one side.

Luwa 21.6 Sq. Ft. 316L Stainless Steel Thin Film Evaporator

Used Luwa Model NL3-300/2200/HT vertical thin-film evaporator with 21.6 square feet of heat-transfer surface and 316L stainless steel construction. The evaporator measures 12" in diameter x 96" long in two sections and features a three-star Type L rotor, radial separator, mechanical seal, conical bottom with 2" diameter discharge, and 12" diameter vapor outlet. The internal chamber is rated for full vacuum at 365 F, and the jacket is rated for approximately 150 psi at 365 F. Driven by a 7.5 horsepower belt-drive motor rated for 230/460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz, and 1,720 revolutions per minute. Support ring is missing. Possible applications include evaporation, concentration, solvent recovery, stripping, and separation of suitable heat-sensitive, viscous, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and specialty process products.
