Used WSI 2.2 Meter Extended Gravity Twin Wire Mud Press, Model MM-2200-EXT

Used- WSI 2.2 Meter Extended Gravity Twin Wire Mud Press, Model MM-2200-EXT Gravity. Designed and built to receive pre-processed conditioned" mud sludge flow and remove a major portion of the water (Filtrate) from the mud. The average design flow of the 2.2 meter unit is 250 gallons per minute (gpm). Unit functions to dewater sludge by entrapping a uniform thin layer of conditioned sludge between two endless, porous synthetic belts. The feed box receives conditioned mud sludge flow from the upstream sludge conditioning system and distributes it in a uniform layer over the belt as the belt moves the sludge layer forward from feed box onto the gravity zone. The sludge moving through gravity zone is initially dewatered as gravity pulls the filtrate from the sludge layer through the porous belt to the catchment pan below. The wedge zone entraps the gravity thickened sludge forming a sludge sheet between the two belts. Filtrate (liquid extracted from the sludge) is pressed from the entrapped sludge cake as it traverses the length of the wedge zone to the Doctor blades. Mechanical pressure is applied to the belts to force a major portion filtrate from the sludge as it traverses the machine experiencing ever increasing pressure along its path to the dried sludge discharge point. Used 2023 Parr 4561 mini bench top reactor system, 300 mL, rated 3000 psi at 350 Degrees C, complete with A2590HC11EB heater/cooler block and Parr 4848 controller, designed for high pressure lab scale reaction and hydrogenation work. Cylinder 2.5" I.D. x 4" deep. Rated 3000 psi at 350 degrees C. With Model A2590HC11EB HTR/Cool ALUM BLK. Includes model 4848 reactor controller. Serial# 4560-2304-156654. Manufactured in 2023 and removed from lab/process service; reported in very good condition. Photos, data plate, and any available documentation are recommended for buyer verification

Used Patterson-Kelley 20 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Twin Shell “V” Blender | 3 HP Drive | Platform & Safety Fencing | Good Condition

Used Patterson-Kelley 20 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Twin Shell V" Blender | 3 HP Drive | Platform & Safety Fencing | Good Condition. The blender is chain and sprocket driven by 3 hp electric motor. The blender is designed to handle material density of up to 105 lbs/cuft. The two shells measure about 31" diameter x 53" long. This unit is set up for an intensifier bar belt driven by a 5 hp motor. THE BAR ITSELF IS MISSING. There is a 7.5" discharge with a pneumatically operated butterfly valve. Overall dimensions with carbon steel stand are 116" wide x 68" deep x 112" tall. Serial # 234005. This unit comes with fence panels for a safety and a platform with a stairway. The platform is 103" wide x 83" deep x 48.5" tall to the floor. OAD of the platform with stairway are 103" w x 112" long x 91" h. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrial supply. Good condition.

Used- Pfaudler Reactor, 20 Gallon, 316 Stainless Steel, Vertical. Approximately 18" diameter x 18" straight side, dished top and bottom. Internal rated 60 psi or full vacuum at 350 degrees F, carbon steel jacket rated 90 psi at 350 degrees F. Anchor style agitator blade, driven by a Pfaudler drive, size 2.5 TWV, model SV-48270C-AKC, serial #25032X, ratio 5 to 1, set up for hydraulic drive, connection for drive broken off and missing, no power pack. Openings: top, 1", 1-1/2", (3) 2", (2) 4" hand holes; 2" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 carbon steel legs. National Board #28175, serial #E369-1492.
