Used- 2020 Stokes Custom Rotary Tablet Press, Model 900-513R with 23-station turret and less than 2 hours of actual pressing operation.. This machine features a custom die-twisting design that rotates the dies to help break sticking during tablet ejection, providing a specialized solution for products prone to sticking during the ejection process. Equipped with 23-station rotary turret, product hopper and feed system, compression and adjustment controls, machine guarding, and floor-mounted drive assembly. Electrical requirements are 480 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 10 amps. Serial # 032036, Manufactured in 2020 and showing exceptionally low pressing use, this custom Stokes press combines the established 900-513 platform with a specialized 23-station turret and die-twisting ejection arrangement. Possible applications include pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, vitamin, supplement, confectionery, chemical, and specialty tablet production, particularly products where sticking during tablet ejection is a concern.

Used Witte Model 42 x 12' PE Pellet Fluid Bed Cooler / Dryer 45" x 12'10" Shaker Deck with Natural Gas Heat, Serial Number 5263. Used Witte fluid bed cooler, 45" wide x 12'10" long, set up for heat. Equipped with Siemens 3 HP shaker motor, Power Flame FD300 natural gas burner with RCP FD300 control box, induction blower, temperature regulators, shaker deck with tension springs, removable hood with safety chain, fabricated induction ducting and cylindrical exhaust hood. Screen in great condition with no bends or clogs; shaker, motor, burner, blower and temperature controls function as intended. Shaker fluid changed January 2026. Stand measures 12'2" long x 5' wide x 8'4" high, 10'5" high to safety hoist. Includes approximately 12' wide x 14' long induction ducting and 28' long x 12" wide x 31" deep outlet ducting. Previously used for PE pellets and suitable for heating, drying, conditioning or cooling compatible plastic pellets and free-flowing granular products.

Used 2008 Applied Chemical Technologies 10 Sq. Ft. Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer 30 HP Blower & Power Flame Burner, set up for heat with stainless steel stand, body, induction hood and exhaust hood. Equipped with Reliance Electric 30 HP blower motor and Power Flame 4x Micro Burn burner. Screener deck is in good condition with no unintended holes. Unit was operated in August 2026 and includes burner spare parts and an additional non-functioning burner. Assembly is arranged on four skids for burner assembly, blower fan and coil, induction unit and fluid bed dryer, with exhaust duct requiring an additional skid. Dryer with hood measures 9'6" high x 8' long x 3'4" wide; dryer only measures 34" wide x 8' long x 7' high; overall length with induction ducting is 19'10". Built 2008. Suitable for heated fluid bed drying and processing of compatible free-flowing granular and particulate products.

The hopper has an estimated 100 cu ft capacity. There are 2 product sensors with two reflectors. The conveyors have a width of 32". The elevator's conveyor has some broken lifters. The discharge height is 120", and there are adjustable feet that can bring it up another 4". The motors are 265/460 vac 3 ph. overall dimensions are 62" wide by 292" long by 138.5" tall. Last used for running plastic bottles.
