Used- S. Howes Horizontal Mixall Double Ribbon Blender, Model M-368. 63.6 cubic feet capacity. 2862 lbs capacity. Carbon steel construction. Reverse spiral double ribbon design. Internal finish is a bead blast finish. End-bottom outlet. 40 cubic ft or 2,000 lbs of a 50 lb/ft3 product recommended batch size. 36" D x 8' L. Driven by a 15 HP, 3/60/230-460V, 37 RPM motor. Previously used for testing.

Used- Fryma Model VME-2400 Jacketed Vacuum Mixer with 2,400 liter (634 gallon) working capacity. Vessel measures 61" diameter x 54" straight side with 11" dome top and 11" dish bottom, 63" overall diameter with jacket, and 101" overall height including legs and lid. Interior and jacket rated for 150 C, with vessel rated -1/+1 bar and jacket rated 2.5 bar. Equipped with 7.5 HP drive operating center 3-prop agitator and scrape agitator through chain drive, plus 50 HP drive operating off-center disperser-type agitator. Polished pharmaceutical-grade interior. Top includes 8" flanged clamped opening, 6" glass inspection port with light, 2" sanitary fitting, 1.5" sanitary fitting, and (2) 1" threaded fittings. Bottom equipped with 6" sanitary discharge with pneumatically operated valve. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical supply. Fabrication # M10510. Previously used for toothpaste. Good condition. Suitable for vacuum mixing, dispersing, and deaerating toothpaste, creams, gels, pastes, ointments, cosmetics, and other viscous products.

Imperial Systems CM-16 Dust Collection System with Rotary Valve

Used 2021 Imperial Systems dust collector, model CM-16, serial number 5167, with approximately 6,400 square feet of filter area and a nominal airflow range of 2,80028,000 CFM. Unit is equipped with a top-mounted 75 HP blower, rotary valve, and control panel. Possible applications and suitable products include industrial dust collection and air filtration for compatible dust generated in manufacturing, material handling, woodworking, biomass processing, grinding, milling, and similar bulk solids operations.
