Designed for continuous gravity thickening of municipal and industrial wastewater sludges. Unit features an approximately 3.2 meter wide x 9.425 meter long drainage belt supported by a galvanized steel frame and includes a feed tank along with an FRP exhaust hood for odor and vapor containment. Previously installed in a municipal wastewater treatment facility and removed from service following a process change. Suitable for increasing sludge solids concentration ahead of belt filter presses, centrifuges, digesters, and other downstream sludge dewatering equipment.
