Unused Ilsung Corporation single-pass shell and tube heat exchanger with approximately 8,254 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface area, TEMA Type AEL and horizontal configuration. Features a carbon steel shell rated for 527 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at 230 degrees F. Equipped with (1,952) 3/4" diameter x 264" long 2205 Duplex stainless steel tubes rated for 139 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at 230 degrees F and Duplex 2205 stainless steel heads. Shell openings include (2) 6", with tube-side openings of 20" and 24". Serial #14-HE-080, National Board #2064, built 2014. Overall dimensions approximately 380"L x 54"W x 98"T with a weight of approximately 44,748 lbs. Documentation available. Unit was nitrogen purged by the manufacturer after testing and prior to storage. Possible applications include industrial process heating, cooling, condensing and heat recovery service with suitable process fluids compatible with carbon steel and 2205 Duplex stainless steel construction.

Unused Skidded CO2 Recycle Compressor – Ariel Frame, 85 HP, Stainless Steel, 865 PSI Rated

Unused- Skidded Co2 Recycle Compressor. Packaged by Toromont in 20062007 and stored by GE from 2007 to 2013, this unit was originally designed for recycle CO2 compression in a coal gasification project that was later canceled. It features an Ariel frame, model JGP 1 or 2, with a 3" stroke operating at 1800 RPM, driven by an 85 HP electric motor. The compressor includes a 4.75" cylinder, class JG, and is designed for a pressure of 865 psi. The systems piping, valves, fittings, and heat exchangers are primarily constructed from stainless steel and rated for 865 psi. It is currently configured as a single-cylinder compressor but is capable of being retrofitted for two-cylinder service.

Used C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank – 304 SS, ASME Rated

Used- C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank. Constructed of 304 stainless steel. Vessel measures 5' diameter X 6-1/2' straight side with dished top and bottom (7''1" internal height from dish to dish). Internals includes (2) baffles and top entering agitator shaft with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by top mounted drive through gear reducer, 2 HP, 1700 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, SEW Eurodrive gear motor, resulting in 61 output RPM. Vessel is mounted on 3'3" high stainless steel legs. Top head includes 20" diameter manway, 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting and (4) 2" inlets. Bottom head includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Also includes 2" diameter jacket connections. Vessel is fully jacketed with dimpled jackets on straight side and bottom head, ASME rated jacket, rated for 75 PSI. Tank was used for beverage processing.
