Driven by a 1hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1755 rpm motor. Approximately 10" diameter x 136" long dryer vessel, with (4) fixed baffles. Driven by a 2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1140 rpm motor through reducer, 5.76:1. Approximate 8" diameter discharge with a Flowseal valve. 36" Discharge height. Serial# 88211.

Used 2020 Dr. Pharm automatic high-speed double-sided / bi-layer tablet press, model GZPS-83. Unit has 83 stations and is set up for BB tooling; tooling is not included. Rated output is approximately 79,600796,000 tablets/hr depending on application, with an operating rotation speed range of 880 RPM. Maximum tablet diameter is 13 mm, maximum irregular tablet length is 16 mm, maximum fill depth is 16 mm, and punch diameter is 19 mm. Unit is powered by an approximately 11 kW main motor and includes HMI interface, dust collector, original manufacturer's warranty, and onsite support. Possible applications and suitable products include high-speed single-layer and bi-layer tablet production for compatible pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, vitamin, supplement, and other compressed tablet products.

Used- Patterson-Kelley 100 cu.ft. twin shell vacuum dryer. Jacket is rated for the 30 psi @ 250 F. The drying chamber is rated for 150 psi and full vacuum. Drying chamber is designed to turn between .96 to 7.66 rpm using a 10 hp reeves drive. Motor is tagged for hazardous location. The outer shell of each chamber measures 56" diameter x 96". The chamber has an 18" access panel. There is a 12" discharge at the bottom. Contact surfaces are constructed of 304 stainless steel and the jacket is carbon steel. Maximum density of product is 75 lbs per cu.ft. Overall dimensions are 19' 9" long x 83" wide x 10'1" tall. Serial # 204190. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.

Used North American Mfg. Co. CS Centrifugal Fan | 100 HP Industrial Combustion Air Blower. Rated for 10,000 cfm @ 24 SP. Blower has a 18" diameter inlet and a 23" outlet. Has a 100 hp motor. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Inlet has Fives North American combustion air filter 51" wide x 50.25" tall x 41" long. Overall dimensions 51" wide x 74.5" tall x 113" long. Five of the filter elements were lost in shipping and will need to be replaced if it is to be used with the air filter.
