Description

This Used 750 Gallon Stainless Steel Vertical Mix Tank is designed for blending, emulsifying, and batch processing applications. The vessel features a dome top and dome bottom, offering structural integrity and efficient product flow characteristics. Tank dimensions are approximately 58" diameter x 60" straight side.

The tank is equipped with:

• Top-entering dual 3-blade turbine agitator (no drive)

• Top-entering emulsifying agitator (no drive)

This configuration makes the vessel ideal for high-shear blending or custom drive retrofitting to meet specific production requirements.

The tank includes a 21" manway opening (no cover) and multiple process nozzles for flexible integration into existing systems. Product discharge is handled via a 3" center bottom outlet with approximately 6" discharge height, along with a 2" side bottom outlet. The tank is supported by four stainless steel legs.
