Description

This Used 2,000 Gallon Vertical Mix Tank is constructed from 316 stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance for chemical, pharmaceutical, and sanitary-grade processing. The tank measures approximately 72” diameter x 114” straight side, with a dished top and dished bottom, designed for structural integrity and improved cleanability.

The vessel features a top-entering Proquip Model 200KDS40 4-blade turbine agitator, powered by a 2 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 1750 RPM motor, coupled with a 40:1 gear reducer for high torque, controlled mixing. This configuration allows for efficient blending of medium- to higher-viscosity materials and large batch volumes.

Multiple access points, including a 24” top manway and a 36” side manway with bolt-on cover, provide convenient inspection and maintenance access. The tank is mounted on four stainless steel legs, with both a 2” bottom drain and 3” center bottom outlet (20” discharge height) for flexible discharge options.
