Description

This used Feldmeier insulated stainless steel agitated processor tank has an approximate capacity of 2,600 gallons and is designed for industrial mixing and processing applications requiring both pressure capability and temperature control.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the vessel features a vertical design with a dished top and cone bottom for efficient product flow and discharge. The tank measures approximately 84 inches in diameter by 102 inches straight side height.

The internal vessel is rated for 40 PSI and full vacuum with an operating temperature range of -20°F to 350°F. The tank includes a dimple jacket rated to 100 PSI, allowing heating or cooling through thermal media for controlled processing conditions.

Processing features include a spray ball for clean-in-place (CIP) cleaning, internal baffle for improved mixing efficiency, and a hinged pressure/vacuum manway cover for access and inspection. Agitation is provided by a 2 HP top-mounted agitator with vertical bottom sweep, ensuring thorough blending and product movement throughout the vessel.

The tank also includes an approximate 2-inch center bottom outlet and is mounted on four stainless steel legs for structural support and installation within processing lines. This unit was built in 2014 and carries Serial #E134213 and National Board #8806, making it suitable for regulated industrial environments.
