Description

This Used Accutek Automatic Piston Filling Line is a complete high-speed packaging system designed for filling, capping, labeling, and coding bottles at speeds of up to 100 bottles per minute. Installed in February 2021 and operated only through October 2021, the line has relatively limited production use.

The system features an Accutek AVF10 Series 16 inline piston filler with 10 filling heads, designed for accurate filling of viscous and semi-viscous products. The filler includes pistons and product hopper, and integrates with an Accutek slat conveyor system for efficient bottle handling.

The line also includes an Accutek ASC-6 spindle capper with cap sorter and elevator, enabling continuous automatic cap feeding and tightening. Downstream labeling is handled by a Labelette dual-sided labeling machine with Dikai coder for printing date codes or batch information.

Bottle handling is completed with Accutek feed and discharge accumulation tables, ensuring smooth product flow throughout the packaging process.
