Description

The Ross Ultra High Shear Inline Mixer (Model HSM-706XQMS-125) is a heavy-duty, precision-engineered inline mixer designed for demanding industrial mixing, emulsifying, dispersing, and homogenizing applications. Constructed of 316 stainless steel, the mix chamber is rated for 150 psi at 250°F, making it ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature processing.

The unit features a 6-inch diameter rotor driven by a 125 HP motor (3/60/460V, 3600 RPM, VFD-rated, 4:1 ratio), ensuring exceptional shear and mixing intensity. Equipped with 1-1/2" diameter inlet and outlet connections, it allows smooth product flow and easy integration into processing lines.

Additional features include a 2-gallon 304 stainless steel barrier tank with sight glass and cooling coil for thermal regulation, and a 1 HP gear pump for consistent product transfer. The entire system is mounted on a portable cart for mobility and ease of installation.
