This three-stage high-shear disperser provides efficient particle size reduction and consistent product uniformity, with a nominal flow rate of 75 GPM (based on water at 70°F, zero head). Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this unit is suitable for sanitary and corrosion-resistant applications.

The system features sanitary clamp connections (2” inlet, 1.5” outlet) and includes a thermal jacket rated to 36 PSI (2.5 bar) at 120°C, enabling precise temperature control during processing.

Powered by a 10 HP explosion-proof TEFC motor, inverter duty rated, this unit is ideal for hazardous or demanding production environments requiring reliable high-speed operation at 3600 RPM.
