Description

This Used Lee Industries Model 800 D9MS Double Motion Kettle is an 800-gallon stainless steel agitated processing vessel designed for heating, cooking, blending, and high-viscosity product manufacturing. The kettle features a hemispherical bottom for optimal heat transfer and product discharge, paired with a stainless steel jacket rated for 90 PSI and operating temperatures from -20°F to 332°F.

The vessel measures approximately 68” diameter x 42” straight side and is equipped with a top-entering anchor-style agitator with scrapers, ideal for handling viscous materials and preventing product burn-on. The agitator is powered by a 7.5 HP, 60 Hz, 330/575Y volt, 1720 RPM motor, coupled through a reducer for torque-driven mixing.

The agitator bridge includes approximately (4) 3” and 6” diameter openings for ingredient addition, inspection, or process integration. A 3” center bottom outlet with approximately 12” discharge height allows efficient product removal. The kettle is mounted on three legs for structural stability.
