Used Lee Trimix Turboshear 600 Gallon Jacketed Mixing Kettle, designed for high-performance mixing, emulsification, and homogenization in demanding food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical applications.

This unit features triple motion mixing technology, including counter-rotating anchor scraper agitation and a high-speed homogenizer, delivering superior product consistency and efficient heat transfer. The anchor scraper system, driven by a 15 HP motor, continuously sweeps the vessel walls, while the two-speed homogenizer (40/20 HP) provides high shear mixing for emulsions and fine particle dispersion.

Constructed with 316 stainless steel contact parts, this kettle is suitable for sanitary and corrosive applications. The vessel is jacketed for up to 90 PSI at 332°F, enabling precise heating and cooling for temperature-sensitive processes.

Additional features include a center bottom outlet with 3" Lee flush mount ball valve and a tilt-out bridge, allowing easy access for maintenance and cleaning. The unit is equipped with a control panel featuring push-button operator controls for straightforward operation.
