Used Hydrogen Sulfide Incinerator and Condensate Burner for Natural Gas Treatment. Hydrogen Sulfide is incinerated at 1300 deg C (2372 deg F). Includes (2) knock out drums, incinerator, condensate burner and separate brick chimney (not included). Condensate Burner includes (2) Barrel type liquid burner pumps, (8) Main burner fans, (2) Pilot air fans and (2) Condensate liquid filters. Complete with additional infrastructure. Originally designed & commissioned as a back-up for offshore treatment plant capacity. Commissioned, maintained and operational but otherwise very little use. Typically used 15 days per year during offshore plant maintenance, occasional operational standby testing and to process off spec gas.

Overview:

This MT-Monberg & Thorsen A/S Copenhagen (now MT Højgaard) & Comprimo B.W Amsterdam (now Worley Comprimo) Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Incinerator and Condensate Burner is a high-temperature combustion system designed for natural gas treatment and sulfur removal. The system incinerates hydrogen sulfide at 1300°C (2372°F) to meet environmental emission standards. Originally commissioned as a backup unit for offshore gas treatment, it was maintained in operational condition but was only used for 15 days per year during offshore plant maintenance, standby testing, or processing of off-spec gas.

1. Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Incineration System:

Incinerator Unit – Designed for complete combustion of hydrogen sulfide.
Operating Temperature: 1300°C (2372°F) for effective sulfur oxidation.
(2) Knock-Out Drums – Separates liquid contaminants before incineration.
Separate Brick Chimney (Not Included) – Designed to handle combustion exhaust gases.

2. Condensate Burner System:
