Description
Used DEVEX CryoEXS 400 cryogenic ethanol extraction system designed for efficient, low-temperature extraction of botanical compounds at commercial scale. This turnkey system offers a throughput capacity of up to 400 lbs per 8-hour shift and features a 300-liter extraction vessel for high-volume processing.
The system includes a high-capacity solvent recovery unit capable of reclaiming up to 350 liters per hour, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing solvent loss. Mounted on two skids for streamlined installation and transport, this system is engineered for flexibility and industrial performance.
Included is a Fluid Chillers Inc. water-cooled chiller capable of achieving -40°C for precise cryogenic conditions, as well as a Columbia Boiler system providing process heat. Two stainless steel 265-gallon tanks are also included for solvent storage or process integration, making this a complete, ready-to-run extraction solution.
