Used PTI Pelletizing Line, Model TS4500, 4.5" Diameter. 30:1 L/D Extruder having an electrically heated, water cooled (closed loop), and side vented barrel at a nominal 42? center-line height. The gearbox is a Flender model SZNE250 having a reduction ratio of 13.88:1 and has a service rating of 200 HP and a catalogue rating of 325 HP. The gearbox is belt driven in a wraparound manner by a 200 HP D/C motor with Safetronics SCR control. Over-sized on center oblong feed throat with water cooling. Free-standing temperature control panel has ten (10) zones of temperature controls. SCR is mounted inside the control panel. 480/3/60 400 amps. S/N 1832. Mounted on the extruder discharge is a model HSC-45 hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 4.5" diameter breaker plates with oversized 5 HP hydraulic power pack. S/N H45-204. Downstream is a PTI model CPF1000S water ring pelletizing system with 3 HP cutter head, die, sluiceway, water system, Gala model 8.1BF spin dryer and control panel. S/N 2780. 460/3/60 30 amps.
