The PTI Trident 6500 Sheet Extrusion Line is a high-capacity, industrial sheet production system engineered for continuous extrusion of thermoplastic materials. Featuring a powerful 500 HP main drive and a 6.5-inch screw with a 36:1 L/D ratio, this system delivers exceptional throughput and melt consistency for demanding applications.

This complete extrusion line includes a PTI H6018 sheet takeoff system, Revolution roll stand, and EDI 54-inch wide die, enabling precision sheet formation across a wide width range. The integrated Sandvik 60-inch stainless steel belt with a dual-zone water-cooled system ensures consistent cooling and dimensional stability.

Additional downstream equipment includes pull rolls, trim saws capable of cutting up to 1.25-inch thick sheet, and a Vulcan automatic sheet stacker handling sheet thickness from 0.25" to 0.75" and lengths up to 120 inches. The system also includes a dust collector and granulation equipment for trim recovery and recycling.

Controlled by a Titan PLC system, this extrusion line offers reliable automation and process control, making it ideal for high-volume sheet production in industrial environments.
