The Tria Model 900 NS-R is a high-performance pull roll granulator designed for efficient size reduction of plastic and other materials. The granulator includes a 36" wide steel/serrated pull roll feed system, air-actuated feed rolls powered by a 1 kW (1.5 HP) A/C motor, and a 9" x 19.5" front material hopper entrance for easy material loading. The 12.6 kW (17 HP) blower discharge system, equipped with Kongskilde OK160 piping and a cyclone with a filter bag, ensures efficient material handling. With an approximate production rate of 400-600 kg/hr. (880-1320 lbs./hr.), this granulator is ideal for high-capacity applications. A free-standing control panel is included for streamlined operation.
